Serita Reels is a public health professional and educator. She brings superior skills in program development and evaluation, performance management, strategic planning, and coordinating state and federally-funded projects that met the needs of underserved populations. Serita earned a Master of Public Health from Drexel University.

Tisha Dill is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience working with some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations. Tisha brings an insurmountable amount of strength and keen awareness with a sense of humility that can help support organizational growth and innovation.
